My review:
When using Shills Pore Minimizing Clarifying toner, I like the way this toner hydrate and the non-greasy feel it left on my skin after use. I notice my skin is smoother and looks more hydrated even before I apply moisturizer. Other than the above I also favor its refreshing scent and its gentleness towards my skin without any irritation caused - Notice my before pic & after pic, some of the redness are greatly reduced. ^_^
